For international customers, this product can operate solely on batteries if an adapter is unable to be acquired.

Standard shipping is offered at no cost on all orders over $99 within Australia, regardless of the delivery destination. For orders under $99, there is a $10.95 flat-rate express shipping fee within Australia. The estimated shipping times vary by state, ranging from 1-3 business days for most states to 2-6 business days for WA and NT.

For international shipping, the estimated delivery times are as follows: New Zealand (9-15 business days), US/Canada (15-25 business days), Republic of Ireland (12-20 business days), Europe (9-25 business days), and the rest of the world (25-30 business days). The delivery lead time may vary as it depends on NZ Customs Clearance Regulation.

Glow Dreaming offers a 100-night guarantee for the Glow Sleep Easy product. If not 100% satisfied, a full refund on the purchase price can be provided for up to 100 days from the day the order is delivered. A Returns Authority must be issued from the Customer Care team before returning an item. Returns without a Returns Authority Number will not be accepted and will impact eligibility for a refund.

For new products like the Glow Travel Sleep Easy and the Glow Perfect Sleep Sensor, a 30-night guarantee is included. A full refund on the purchase price can be provided for up to 30 days from the day the order is delivered if not 100% satisfied.

In case of faults, order issues, and warranty claims for any Glow Dreaming products, the Customer Care team can be contacted for support. All Glow Dreaming units are covered by a 12-month warranty.

Regarding shipping, standard shipping is offered at no cost on all orders OVER $99 within Australia, regardless of delivery destination. Orders for Standard Shipping are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 10 AM AEST. Express shipping is available at a flat rate across Australia. The estimated shipping time varies by state and metro zone.

For international shipping, charges will be calculated in the checkout before entering any payment information. Glow products that connect to a wall socket will come with a power plug suitable for an Australian or New Zealand wall outlet. A power adapter may be needed to connect the plug to a local wall socket.

Please note that return postage is done at the customer's expense. Prepaid returns labels are not provided for change of mind, 100-night, or 30-night guarantee returns.

If all of the original items are returned in good condition, refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days. The funds will take 7-10 days to be available in the customer's account, depending on their bank. Refunds can only be made to the original account or card used for the transaction.

Glow Dreaming offers a 60-night satisfaction guarantee for eligible products marked with the gold logo and containing the guarantee in the inclusions list. If not satisfied within the 60 days from delivery, the customer can return the Glow Premium Bundle and receive a full refund.

To request a return on an eligible Glow Dreaming order, the customer should email the Customer Care team. The team will provide instructions and the return mailing address. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
